Introducing Khaled Mansour



We're thrilled to welcome Khaled Mansour as an instructor for our upcoming Short Film Lab. A renowned figure in the Canadian media landscape, Khaled's expertise as a camera operator and video editor at Rogers Sports and Media has been instrumental in delivering high-quality content for City News and OMNI TV. Notably, Khaled served as the senior videographer at "Let The Quran Speak" for four years, a role in which he significantly propelled the organization forward, beyond his contributions to other impactful television productions like "New Canadians TV," which aired on Omni, Vision, and Yes TV.


With over a decade of experience in media production and more than 7000 hours of live shows under his belt, Khaled brings a treasure trove of knowledge to the lab. His journey includes a pivotal role in launching MBC group's first channel in Egypt, highlighting his capacity to influence and shape the media industry. Khaled's diverse background, including coverage of global events like the Gaza War and the Egyptian revolutions, enriches his teaching, offering a deep well of insight for our participants.


In the Short Film Lab, Khaled will lead sessions on Editing Techniques and Workflows as well as provide Shooting & Post-Production Consultation. His lessons will dive into the critical aspects of editing and post-production, equipping participants with the skills needed to excel in today's media landscape. Khaled's passion for storytelling and his commitment to excellence make him an invaluable asset to our program.
